Crystal City BID Wednesday Night Spins Week 4 Results

Thanks to everybody who came out this week and every week! The event was a huge success and it could not have happened without your support and participation. It also could not have happened without the support and sponsorship of Crystal City BID and Charles E. Smith/Vornado. We look forward to seeing you all back next year to do it again.

I cannot tell you how excited we were to see so many beginner cyclists get their first taste of racing in this series. Our hope is that you’ve caught the bug and will now head above ground and continue your racing on the road and dirt in one of the many races the Mid-Atlantic Bicycle Racing Association has to offer. We also expect to see each and everyone of you with a number pinned on come cyclocross season.

Week 4 was spectacular. From the sold out C race to the near capacity B race. And to cap off the evening with the cargo bike/tandem/bike share competition and fixed-gear finale? That was a blast.

  2. awesome event c-hairs. thanks to all the volunteers and sponsors and Crystal city for the space…now that i know a little more about the area i’ll definitely frequent it more.
